Casas Bahia

With more than six decades of operation, the Casas Bahia brand has a strong connection with all Brazilians. Casas Bahia operates online sales (1P and 3P) through its website www.casasbahia.com.br, also has one of the most downloaded apps, besides over9000 stores, located in 21 Brazilian states and the federal district.

For 15 consecutive years, Casas Bahia was recognized as one of the Top of Mind brands, and one of Brazil’s most valuable brands, according to Interbrand consulting ranking, valued at approximately R$700 million.

Ponto Frio

Ponto also has a long tradition with Brazilians. Ponto is one of the leading retailers in the market, especially in the city of Rio de Janeiro, and is a benchmark in terms of innovation and technology products.

Ponto also has solid online operations (1P and 3P) through its website www.pontofrio.com.br, which also makes available a mobile app. Its stores are concentrated in the Southeast, South, and Mid-West regions.

Bartira

Bartira is Grupo Casas Bahia’s great competitive advantage in the furniture segment, which operates in an integrated manner and controls the largest furniture factory in Brazil and Latin America, with 1,400 employees. Bartira produces nearly 2.4 million products/year which are exclusively furnished to Casas Bahia. In 2020, Bartira kicked off a new channel of sales via exports to the United States through new business partners.

Extra.com

Extra has been operating in the domestic market for 17 years, exclusively in 1P and 3P e-commerce through its website www.Extra.com.br where it offers a wide number of SKUs, such as automotive items, diapers, furniture, home appliances, etc. In 2013 we were the first e-commerce to offer a marketplace platform, and this helped us to further strengthen our positioning and great assortment of products. In 2020, the extra.com.br app for mobile phones was launched, which allows the consumer to shop wherever he is, amongst other functionalities.

Grupo Casas Bahia Financial Ecosystem

banQi

banQi was launched in June 2019 and operates as a 100% digital portfolio, which aims at promoting Brazilians’ economic, social and digital inclusion. With the banQi app, Grupo Casas Bahia’s customers have online access to the Casas Bahia booklet, they can check their account, make payments, and control installments without visiting one of our stores. The app also provides access to various banking services. In 2021, banQi was licensed by the Brazilian Central Bank to operate as a direct credit company, enabling loan and financing transactions for customers and partners. Also, the banQishop was launched, bolstering partners’ loyalty through the offer of a “marketplace.”

Rede Celer

In 2021, Grupo Casas Bahia acquired Rede Celer, a fintech born as a payment solution platform, which now offers a Bank-as-a Service (BaaS) fully-fledged package, allowing other fintech companies to make available for their customers a digital account fully integrated to payment services, comprising cash-in and cash-out alternatives, cards issue and processing, collection and transfer management, including PIX (instant payment platform) to the traditional portfolio.

Grupo Casas Bahia Logistical Services

CB Full

With the aim of consolidating its leadership in the market and boosting the generation of results, Grupo Casas Bahia integrated its logistics operations for fulfillment, transportation and logistics operator under the new brand CB full. The Group invested in the development and improvement of systems and processes in order to provide excellent logistics services to the market. We currently have a portfolio of +25 clients served in the last mile of transportation and around 40 clients benefiting from storage services, among others.
