Since 2021, the report on Stocks, Investment Funds, and Debentures to which Itaú is our bookkeeping agent has been exclusively made available at the Digital Mailing Portal.

What does Digital Mailing Portal mean?

This is a platform that offers options to digitally view, keep, print, and send via e-mail the income reports.

How do I make my first access?

1. At the Portal, click on First Access;
2. Type your CPF (individual taxpayer’s register No.) and date of birth (individual) or CNPJ (Corporate Taxpayer’s ID) and date of foundation (legal entity);
3. Choose the option to check your identity (telephone number or e-mail). If you cannot find your telephone number or e-mail, contact our Call Center via telephones 3003 9285 –city capital and metropolitan regions / 0800 720 9285 –Other Regions / Monday to Friday, from 9:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m.
4. Type the code received via e-mail and/or telephone and create your password;
5. Now, enter your CPF/CNPJ and the new Password registered to access your documents.

If you forgot your password, follow the procedures described in the Mailing Portal, clicking on the option “I forgot my password.”
