Shareholding Composition

Grupo Casas Bahia’s capital stock is represented by 95,086,997 common shares.

On November 26, 2018, the Company concluded the migration to the Novo Mercado special listing segment of B3 S.A. – Brasil, Bolsa, Balcão, converting its preferred shares [B3: VVAR4] into common shares [B3: VVAR3] at the ratio of 1:1, as well as terminating the Units program.

On August 5, 2021, as its corporate name has changed, the Company’s shares now are traded on the stock market managed by B3 S.A – – Brasil, Bolsa, Balcão, under the ticker “VIIA3”, in replacement of ticker “VVAR3”; now the Company’s trading name is only “Via” in replacement of “Via Varejo.” On September 20, 2023, the Company officially changed its name to “Grupo Casas Bahia” and its stocks began to be traded under the ticker “BHIA3” in place of “VIIA3”.
