Priority Allocation Request for the Public Distribution Offering of the 11th Issue of Debentures

Dear Debenture holders,

We hereby inform you that the Priority Allocation Request must be sent to the Lead Coordinator by email at bookbuilding@bradescobbi.com.br, strictly between 3:00 p.m. and 6:00 p.m. on December 19, 2025 (Friday).

Requests submitted before 3:00 p.m. or after 6:00 p.m. will not be considered. Confirmation of receipt of the Priority Allocation Request will be sent by email.
